Excellent service. A little pricey for car washes but it's hand dry service. I had an oil change and find their prices comparable to Jiffy Lube or Valvoline and they include a free car wash which was a nice bonus. Staff was very friendly. Cut little gift shop inside too.
Bonita Bubbles did not properly secure my $300 car key and literally washed it down the drain. In an age of $300 - $500 electronic car keys and electric starts it would make sense for Bonita Bubbles to secure the key when the client / customer drops off his car. Sadly while they did look for my key they did not offer to reimburse me for the key or even give me a free car wash (or an ice cream). Seems a silly move considering I have spent around $700 a year at their car wash every year for the last 2 to 3 years. And I had intended on going for as long as they were in business. So if thats 10 years that would equal $6,000 - $7,000 in revenue to Bonita Bubbles. Unfortunately I will not be going back. While I accept some responsibility I do not accept all responsibility. It seems negligence played a part on their end. While I accept the fact that the car paint may peel off in their car wash and its not their fault...I can't fully accept that their lack of a key control system is my fault. It would be great if they read this review and called to apologize. But they didn't even bother to take down my name or number.
If you go back to them with things that were missed, there are good employees who will work to make it right. It's so uncomfortable, though, to have to go back after they're done and have to point things out, and wait a bit longer for things to be made right.
It's full service so your mileage will vary depending on what you're looking for, but their basic wash is very fast and thorough (full hand vacuum, wipe down and cleaning of all dash, and hand drying) and when paired with an oil change is a fantastic deal overall.
Price is just about right.
Ok job for an ok price. I was spoiled by an awesome car wash in Deerfield so expectations were higher and I was disappointed here. Most of the vehicles we bring are garage-kept and babied, so it's not like they're tough cases to clean.
The inside of the place is is clean and comfortable, offers snacks, drinks and novelties. I know this place is popular with people in Barefoot Beach and along Hickory. Maybe it's because this is the closest business of its kind to that area, and it's on the way to or from Coconut Pointe.
Outside of doing it yourself doesn't get better and can't beat the service or price.
This is my go to place for a quick and full car wash. Have tried many of the others (from Naples to fort Myers) but Bonita bubbles is the best.
These guys love what they do, you can tell by the service level they provide. Top notch!
