I'm surprised by these reviews. I went as a new patient and it was the worst I've been to in Florida. Receptionist wasn't professional and the hygienist was aggravated and hurt me several times. I was over charged and paid 190 for deep cleaning but I never saw the dentist? I never got my teeth polished or cleaned like other dentist do. I had to reschedule the second apt where I was going to get exam from dentist and the receptionist told me I'm being charged 100 to change apt. What's going on? 300 and I didn't see the dentist for an exam? I'll look around for a better dentist. My other dentist is in estero I was looking for someone closer and a female dentist... This is not it.
I'm deathly afraid of dentists but I have gotten 100% more relaxed since I started at the General & Implant Dentistry.
The Dental Hygienist seemed to be in a hurry, flossing was done very slipshod, hurriedly.
I have had the BEST experience at Dr. Dainiak's office! Kristy the office manager is OUTSTANDING! she explains everything in detail with your treatment plan. The receptionist Samantha welcomes your with a beautiful bright smile, she is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. The dental assistants Kerry and Danielle are fanatastic the are extremely knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable with I was in my procedure. Dr Dainiak is truly a one of a kind dentist! Very Gentle, knowledgeable, and completely cares about you. This office is incredible!!! I never have been treated so well in an office in my life! I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Dainiak and her wonderful staff!
This office is very efficient and relaxed. This was a long appointment, involving fixing cracked front teeth by building new teeth caps and filling others that had "Swiss cheese" type cavities. Dr. Dainiak and her Dental Assistant work as a great team and I am quite happy with the temporary caps. I know that the final product in 2 weeks will be even better. I've never before spent 4 hours in a dental chair, but they made it quite pleasant.
5 Stars, I called with a problem & was seen within a few days. Dr Dainiak was professional, pleasant & figured out the problem quickly. I did need to make another appointment to resolve the problem, then another appointment for cleaning. The receptionist is new, not yet up to speed.
