From an Administrative perspective, they are excellent. Very organized and detail orientated with all their paperwork. The office personnel are very professional and always friendly, willing to assist when any additional documents or information are requested. They are a pleasure to work with administratively and we greatly value their company as one of our highly qualified sub-contractors.
They took more than 5 hours almost charged $600 to simply wire up my well pump. I showed several other electricians the work they did and they all said it would not take them more than 2 hours to do the work. A few months later the well pump is tripping the breaker and they won’t even pay a quick courtesy visit after my complaints.

While the price wasn't cheap by any means I know that its been done right and I don't have to worry. Neil B did a great job and was very nice to deal with.
