The front desk staff at this spa is the worst I've ever encountered. The way that I was treated was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. These individuals should not be in the customer service industry and to treat a hotel guest that way is simply unacceptable. After speaking with the manager she did apologize for her employees behavior, but did not offer any remedy to being so mistreated. I would look else where if you are interested in a relaxing and soothing experience, because you won't find it here.
