We had some on-going repairs to our roof prior to Irma. Even though the demand for their services was overwhelming, they kept us informed and updated throughout the process. They were incredibly diligent, not only in completing the previous request for repair work, but also alerting us to additional minor damage caused by Irma. They quickly gave us a quote and upon approval (all accomplished on line) completed that work as well.

They have a great on-line, electronic system to make work requests and payments, very clear and concise. I appreciated the quick and thorough responses to every correspondence. They kept me updated with a checklist and pictures while we were out of state.
Ken at Kelly Roofing's response to my review made it appear that he cares and wanted to take care of the problem, but despite his request for more info, we still have heard nothing from him
If I could leave a negative star I would. Great company when the gravy is rolling but totally incapable of keeping promises. They do not answer their phones, emails, nothing since Irma. We have had tarp and patches on roof since the day after Irma. They have over $3000 of our money. Emergency repairs are failing, we needed to personally drive to their site to even talk to a living human. Now they want $185 to re-visit an emergency repair they already performed. Have your handyman do it; less expensive and you won’t be feeding the overly large complacent Kelly Coffers.
Kelly Roofing replaced all of the flat roofs in our condo complex a year and a half ago, and we have had problems with leaks ever since. Their "repairs" over the past year and a half have not eliminated the leaks, and now with all of the work generated by Irma, our warranty work is on the back burner. We have to wait 10 weeks for an appointment, and they will not even come out to tarp the problem areas to prevent further damage. Run away!
Ken, our president has not yet heard from you. Since your request for the address makes it appear that you intend to fix the problem, please let me know if you plan to send someone out to tarp 543 Club Side Dr. Otherwise, we have another roofer coming out tomorrow, 10/24.
Kelly Roofing will be the contractor we will call if/when our roof needs replaced. They are a model company!
