I recently just moved to Florida and my friend here wanted to take me to get massages. Massage Luxe was recommended to her by a coworker because you're open late. So last night her and I went and got 60 min massages. Hers was great…. mine was awful. The very first thing after initiating my massage was

It was by far the most uncomfortable massage experienced I have EVER received.
Everyone where great. Customer service was excellent, everything was explain in detail. My message therapist, Ms. Nelly Blanco was awesome. I've had many messages through out the years. However, Nelly has top the service for me. She is excellent. Definitely will recommend her and I will definitely join there package because of Nelly.
My massage was excellent. Staff was very nice and squeezed me in. They will try to sell you a monthly package but you can decline. I will definitely return.

Very accommodating when we requested 5 appointments for one time. Although due to circumstances beyond their control we had to improvise a plan. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The therapists were professional. I would recommend this place.
Needless to say this made me uncomfortable from the very beginning of my massage. She then continued to talk about how she used to work for another massage chain and gave them a one day notice and started working at luxe. She also told me that my NEW job (since I just moved) was a wrong choice and that I would be scammed out of money because of the type of doctor I am working for. She also started late (which isnt a big deal by 5 min) but she ended early by like 8 min. She also turned on the light before my massage was even done and proceeded to talk to me for another 5+ minutes about how she thought I had lip injections done.
