Friendly sales people, and a great selection of furniture. The delivery guys were professional and curtious.
Best furniture store in the area, and if you see something that you like that is on display, they sell it to you (not necessary for the furniture to be shipped from a far away warehouse). We bought most of our furniture for two Bonita Bay homes from Gouse and are extremely happy with their company, their employees and their delivery persons. They always have a nice selection and their decorator service is also a big feature. You will not be sorry that you visited their store, and when doing so you are not pressured in any way.
Special ordered some items of furniture.. When they arrived the order was wrong. Salesperson said it was what i ordered. I contacted the owner three times,but he just kept refering me to the salesperson, who turned out to be unprofessional and void of any complaint resolution skills. She screamed at me, cried, and got insulting right from the start. Said I should buy more to decorate around my bad choices. My heart burn is not the employee, but that the owner did not care enough about me as a customer to respond in any way even though I spent $7,000 with him
I can't say enough good things about Gouse's Fine Furniture. We bought a vacation home in Naples, and as we live out of state, we needed help decorating. How lucky were we to connect with Derek at Gouse's!! What an amazing salesman & decorator!! Derek went to our new home & took measurements & in a few hours we were able to put together our dream home. He is talented and very easy to work with! We discussed a budget & he worked within those guidelines. Three months after closing our house was complete! A million thanks to Derek for making our decorating experience so wonderful!!
