Bought beautiful outdoor furniture from Palm Casual. A few months later, had a small issue with 1 piece. They were great! Went above and beyond. Told our friends , and 4 of them also bought from Palm Casual. After purchase service is so important. Compared to others, their prices are reasonable, and quality is great. Going back this week to buy more pieces, to match, for our new home!!
Called to ask if they had the chairs I wanted and after learning they had them but in a different color, I asked if she could send me a photo. I was told there were a couple customers in the store and she wouldn't have time! I won't be bothering to go into the store and give my business to a place with such poor customer service.
