My experience with Fresh Fit has been fantastic; that is due largely in part to Chad (the owner's) outstanding service mentality - responses are quick, substitutions are no problem, service is 100% reliable. Not to mention the impressive quality of food in regards to taste and nutrition, and variety.
I was finding that lunch was something I was skipping or eating partially. We've been using Fresh Fit Foods for several months now and it's been a hit for a couple of reasons. Our employees like it because it's common that we all often think about eating a little better/more nutritionally and Fresh Fit gives you a convenient way to do that. Plus, you don't have to leave for lunch and drive around Naples (especially in season) which just adds to time out of the office. It's also a nice thing for the company to do for a non-monetary benefit for employees and one that hopefully makes them feel better about where they work, aids them in producing their best work.
The price is excellent for the convenience and once in a while a meal is so good, I really wish I could add an extra portion á la carte.
I'm writing this under my husband's name because I am on his google acct right now. We LOVE the food. Always fresh, always flavorful. I highly recommend it. I hate cooking and this saves time, it's delicious, and it's healthy. Love all of the Paleo Dinners we get. Thank you, Cindy Alexander
Like most, I contemplated with the idea of Fresh Fit back and forth for awhile before I pulled the trigger; if you read no further, my advice would be to go for it; you won't regret it.
Compared to come other premade meals, having the ingredients and macro break down make me comfortable on what I am consuming.
I have been using Fresh Fit for several years when working during the season. The variety of meals, abundance of veggies in the salads, and amazing dressings, really satisfy me every week.

Just started the program and love it. Great communication between myself and the owner (Chad) and I'm already down 5lbs in my first week. Totally feasible when you take into consideration that you no longer have to shop, prepare, cook, and lets not forget cleaning up your mess. I'm saving hours of my time each week.
