3rd time being disappointed. Tonight I ordered 2 medium pizzas, both with extra sauce. NEITHER had extra sauce, they were actually DRY, maybe 3 pieces had pepperoni on them. The delivery guy was MEAN, RUDE AND Should be removed! He yelled at me bc he had to come out in the rain, he got a new "dm" and how dare they keep him working in the rain! I offered my umbrella for him to take, he told me "NO, I'M ALREADY WET BRINGING YOU YOUR FOOD!". Granted I think I tipped well, the bill was 4.19 and I tipped 6.00, more than 20% of what the bill should have been without reward points! I'll NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Look my account up, you'll see money lost and going to another pizza place now! I'll even pay MORE just to not to be yelled at!
I am 54 years old and have had many a pizza pie, Papa John's, you rock!!! Very good sauce, not just tomato sauce, lots of cheese and AWSOME garlic sauce!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Horrible service when calls are made, they just hang up on you
Terrible customer service! Second time order came late becasue order taker on phone cut us off. When calling back, we got andrew, director of operations... customer service was that if a pig. Attempted to fight on who works more in a week... would give -5 stars if i could. Crap service! NEVER ORDER HERE!!
I work here and would like to respond. We are the only Papa Johns in Bonita so yes when we're busy delivery times sometimes will be over an hour especially if you're over 3 miles away. If you ask for your pizza well done we do. Sometimes you have to be on hold for a few minutes as some customers take longer . If you ordered a pizza and did not get it or canceled it your credit card charge will be voided. We are trying our hardest to serve you well and we are under new management so bare with us we are definitely worth the wait.
